Giving Back

It’s part of our core mission to go above and beyond for our clients and that includes the neighborhoods we serve. That’s why we donate a piece of the proceeds from each home we sell to one of four local organizations doing good in our communities. It’s how we show a little love to a city we care about so deeply.

2026 Charitable Organizations

We team up with local community partners annually and provide them support through volunteer hours and monetary donations. We also donate a portion of the proceeds from every transaction to the community partner of our client's choosing. It’s our way of showing our gratitude for allowing us to assist with our client's home sale or purchase while giving back to the community that supports us all. The charities selected by our team for 2026 are as follows:

Amethyst Place

Amethyst Place is the product of community leaders bading together in 1989 to help single mothers and their children overcome damaging generational cycles of substance use.

Founded in May 2000, Amethyst Place helps over 150 women and children annually overcome poverty and trauma by use of their Supportive Housing Program which provides 37 fully furnished apartments and access to basic needs with no maximum length of stay. They also have to support for family empowerment and therapy programs to help families heal from past trauma.

FosterAdopt Connect

FosterAdopt Connect began in 1998 when foster parents came together seeking better support, training, and community. What started as a small group grew quickly into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2000, driven by the needs of children and families affected by trauma.

Today, the organization continues its hands-on, “in the trenches” approach, offering innovative programs while advocating for system-wide improvements. Their mission focuses on recruiting, supporting, and retaining high-quality foster and adoptive families, championing the importance of family-based care, advocating for change at all levels, and creating programs that meet the needs of the most vulnerable children in foster care.

Mission Southside

Mission Southside is all about taking care of their neighbors and the genuine needs of others. They partner with churches, organizations, businesses, and individuals to bring hope to Johnson County, KS.

Though their Neighborhood Teams, Mission Southside ministers the need of the community throughout their Food Co-op, language classes, homework help, and more!
