Giving Back

It’s part of our core mission to go above and beyond for our clients and that includes the neighborhoods we serve. That’s why we donate a piece of the proceeds from each home we sell to one of four local organizations doing good in our communities. It’s how we show a little love to a city we care about so deeply.

2024 Charitable Organizations

We team up with four community partners annually and provide them support through volunteer hours and monetary donations. We also donate a portion of the proceeds from every transaction to the community partner of our client's choosing.  It’s our way of showing our gratitude for allowing us to assist with our client's home sale or purchase while giving back to the community that supports us all. The four charities selected by our team for 2024 are as follows:

The Children's Place

The Children’s Place is Kansas City’s specialized trauma treatment center serving the mental health needs of young children since 1978. With dedication, support, and the highest level of research-based care, we walk hand-in-hand with children birth to eight years old as they heal from life’s deepest hurts.

For more than four decades, children and families have looked to The Children’s Place as a safe and welcoming place to heal from trauma.

Red, White, and Bluma

Red, White, and Bluma was founded by former Kansas City Royals player Jaime Bluma after being inspired by the support that organizations like Folds of Honor provide to veterans like his father and their families. Jaime began his philanthropic journey by hosting a one-night concert and auction event to benefit Folds of Honor, which he dubbed Blumpalooza. After the event, Jaime realized that there were so many other organizations that would benefit from similar support, so he began hosting the event annually with the help of both local and national sponsors.

10 years later, Red, White, and Bluma has raised over half a million dollars for both military organizations and local non-profits like Warriors Ascent, Veterans Community Project, Myasthenia Gravis Foundation, and Children’s Mercy, which is donated to benefit specific needs within each organization.
